Little Pebbles - Parent & Baby Workshop. Watch. Listen. Play. Connect. A nurturing and supportive group for parents and their babies (suitable for babies 0-6 months) to come together to meet others in their community. Little Pebbles parent and baby program has been created by Viki Clapham and Victoria Wright, after many years working in the field of Early Years development and children’s mental health. This program is aimed at parents who want to have up-to-date knowledge of their child’s development, both physically and emotionally. And who want to start their children on a path of having secure and healthy relationships from the beginning of their lives. This program will provide you with research-based tips and ideas for communicating with your baby from a newborn, suggest ideas on play and connection, as well as information on the development of your baby’s brain and how understanding this can shape your relationship. This program does not aim to be a class for your baby, in which the parent attends each week as an activity to do together. It is much more than that. This is a program where you can learn important information that will help you in your parenting journey, provided in a safe and nurturing space that you can bring your baby to. Our hope is that you leave our 6-week program with more knowledge about your growing baby, more knowledge about ways to support your baby in its development, and with a tribe of like-minded parents who will be there to support you as you embark on this beautiful (sometimes rocky) path of becoming the parent you want to be.
